George and Anna Evanko raised their family of 8 children in Dunmore, Pennsylvania. Thirteen children were born, but only 8 survived to become adults. The 8 surviving children produced 22 descendants. From those 22 descendants, the next generation includes 32 children. The newest generation has begun, with the birth of "9" children so far.

Supplement to the "Happy Faces"

Since we have a picture of the "sisters" below, I thought I would post the famous photo of the father and sons (although an in-law sneaked in).
I scanned this image from the original negative. I cut down on the resolution to make the file size reasonable but if anyone wants a high-resolution image, let me know.
